How To be A Morning Person

1- DO NOT CHECK YOUR PHONE

First things First, we’re all used to check our phones the minute we open our eyes well, you wouldn’t want to do that if you ever want to be a morning person. being exposed to electrical waves, negative energy, emails and work pressure is the last thing we want. Instead, try to take a minute or two to adjust your surroundings, feel the floor against your feet and then off you go.

2- MAKE YOUR BED

As much as cliché as it seems, but making your bed in the morning will definitely energize you, it sets up your mind and body for the rest of the day and honestly, nothing looks better than a well-made bed when you come back home after a very long day.

3- STICK SOME HAPPY NOTES ON YOUR WALL

we all long for some positive energy first thing in the morning, so you might want to stick some motivational and happy notes on your bedside wall that will boost your energy and lift up your mood.

4- START YOUR DAY THE RIGHT WAY

– Stretch your body
taking a few minutes of your morning to stretch out can turn out to be pretty useful, if you don’t have time to properly workout, make sure to gently stretch your body, also allow your body to breathe properly, inhaling in the breeze of the morning and exhaling all the negative energy.

– Drink Lemon Water
Boost your immune system and get rid of any toxins through drinking a cup of warm water with fresh sliced lemon. your body hasn’t had any water for almost an entire night and it needs the fluidity of water back again. So keep a bottle of lemon water beside your bed so you could easily have it in the morning.

5- SET OUT YOUR GOALS FOR THE DAY.

Always have a thing that will make you look forward for the next day, plan out your day through an agenda or a notebook the night before and keep it by your bedside. The second you notice the notebook, you’ll remember that there are some things worth getting out of bed for.

6- GRATITUDE JOURNAL

we seem to miss all the blessings in our lives due to stress and the piles of weight we’re carrying on our shoulders but somehow having a gratitude journal can easily switch your mood, make you notice the silver linings in your life and be grateful for them. List a couple of things you’re thankful for on that day and you’ll realize how blessed enough you are.

7- PLAN OUT YOUR OUTFIT

You don’t really have enough time to try on different outfits in the morning to fit in your day, a simple planning out of an outfit the day before could do it all. Go through your wardrobe and match some outfits for the next day or for the whole week and save sometime for yourself in the morning.
